Sir Mark Prescott has trained at Heath House since 1970 when he
took over from the late Mr.Jack Waugh, to whom he had been Assistant Trainer for 3 seasons.

Since then, he has trained over 1,300 winners including ALBANOVA(3 X GROUP1 RACES IN 2004), ALBORADA (5 Group Races and 2 consecutive Champion Stakes); PIVOTAL (Champion British Sprinter); CONFIDENTIAL LADY (2nd in
1000 Guineas and won French Oaks in 2005) RED CAMELLIA (2nd top British two year old filly); LAST SECOND (Champion 1mile 2furlong three year old filly) as well as prolific winners such as WIZARD KING (9 Group Races) and SPINDRIFTER (13 wins at two years - 10 consecutively) and MASAFI (7 wins in 17 days)

The stable retains Seb Sanders (joint Champion Jockey in 2007), and enjoyed its best season to date in 2004 with 76 winners of races valued £921,553.78 at 29.46% strike rate, and in 2007 with 73 winners.

Heath House has 50 boxes and usually 70 horses to train each season.
